Lovely staff at the hotel and great location. Our room was a two bedroom with slanted ceilings in bedrooms and bathroom so it’s not great for tall people. The room was kept clean and towels were changed daily. We were also provided with coffee pods and snacks.

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had arranged Hyatts water taxi to pick us up at the Venice airport. We called the hotel to let them know we were running 10 mins late- they said no problem. We ended up only being 5 minutes late and the hotel water taxi had already left. We ended up having to pay $110 euros to ..."
